Q: Who is the ASP Free members club for?
A: The Asp Free Members Club is for anyone who uses the ASP Free Forum and wants to know something about the members who are Asking and Answering questions on the forum.

Q: Why cant I find a profile for the member I am looking for?
A: Not all members on the ASP Free Forum sign up on the Members Club. You may be able to find limited information in the user profile on the ASP Free Forum, just find a post by the user and click on the user name, you will be given an option to view the users public profile.

Q: I have found the profile I am looking for but there is little or no information?
A: The user may not have put in their information yet, you will find basic information like name, location etc. in the basic profile as this information is required when registering but it's up to the user to add more information and pictures.

Q: When I search for a member, the same profile keeps coming up?
A: This means there is only one profile for the search term entered, if the search only has one result it takes you straight to the profile.

Q: The filter button I am using shows a profile not the member list?
A: This means there is only one profile for a member beginning with the letter you clicked, if there are more than one member you will be shown the member list, otherwise it takes you straight to the profile.

Q: I have registered but I can't see my profile?
A: It is possible to set a profile not to be displayed. Login and click the My Profile link in the left hand menu, you can then edit your profile and check it's display setting.

Q: I have changed my Avatar on the ASP Free Forum?
A: Login and go to your profile, click the Avatar button and upload you're new Avatar, your old Avatar will be stored so you can change back without having to upload again.
